Step 1 download Psiphon82Handler and install on your mobile phone
Step 2 after installing click on handler tool and configure as follows
first click on handler menu
second configure as shown below
Port type = Real Host
Custm header= X-online-Host
proxy= web.whatsapp.com
Real proxy type= HTTP
Real port= 80
leave all other space black and click save
Step 4 tick the space that says "tunnel whole device" and click start
wait for it to connect and start browsing with your free whatsapp data
just repeat anytime you want to browse with it...
